 Joe George (Director of Boxing Operations – GAMESPEED) is an undefeated professional light heavyweight boxer whose blend of power, precision, and discipline has earned him recognition as one of the sport’s rising stars. With a professional record of 11 wins, 7 by knockout, George has established himself as a dynamic competitor with the potential to make a major impact on the international boxing stage.

Known for his explosive punching power and strategic fight IQ, Joe George has become a fighter to watch—combining athleticism, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence both inside and outside the ring.

6-Weeks Boxing Skills Training Program

Week 1 – Foundation & Footwork

  • Jump rope (timing, rhythm)
  • Basic stance, forward/backward steps
  • Shadowboxing with focus on jab & cross
  • Conditioning: push-ups, squats, core holds
  • Visualization: maintaining stance under pressure

  •  Agility ladder / cone footwork
  • Jab–cross–hook combos in shadowboxing
  • Partner mitt drills (if available)
  • Conditioning: hill sprints × 6, burpees, planks
  • Mental drill: controlled breathing under fatigue

  • Resistance band punch-outs
  • Mitt drills (jab–cross variations, speed focus)
  • Conditioning circuit: squat jumps, mountain climbers, push-ups
  • Mental drill: visualization of counterpunching an opponent

  •  Slip/roll/duck drills with partner or cones
  • Shadowboxing defense + counters (slip–cross, roll–hook)
  • Mitt drills: reaction-based (partner calls shots)
  • Conditioning: stair runs, medicine ball throws (or explosive push-ups)
  • Mental drill: maintaining composure during pressure situations

  •  Circle drill with cones (simulate ring angles)
  • Shadowboxing with movement, cutting off “opponent” angles
  • Controlled sparring (if gear available)
  • Conditioning: interval sprints × 8, push-up/pull-up mix
  • Mental drill: focus visualization of a 3-round fight scenario

  • Mitt drills: advanced combos, finishing sequences

  • Program wrap-up: endurance challenge + review of strengths and growth areas
